MÓNICA FERNÁNDEZ
Monica was born in Barcelona and titled by the Royal Dance Conservatory of Seville. Monica subsequently expanded her training in different disciplines such as Spanish Dance, Classical Ballet, Folklore and Bolera School under the instruction of renowned flamenco teachers such as Antonio Canales, La Tani, Manolete, etc.

She is the conductor of the Flamenco Area of ​​the Antonio Canales School in Alcorcón, as well as a dance teacher at the Casa Patas Flamenco Conservatory Foundation.

She is a consolidated artist, who has been part of numerous festivals and companies acting both as a Soloist and as a First Dancer. Among these festivals and companies we find: Narciso, Torero: She made more than 1000 performances and it was a show nominated for the EMMY awards.

She received a MAX award for the best show in the role of first dancer in “a Cuerda y Tacón”

Second prize at the International Festival of Cante de las Minas de la Unión (1994). First prize in the Flamenco Dance Contest of Nimes (1993).
